Welcome to the first Goetzmann Custom Homes blog posting!
We are excited to start bringing you informational content on building a new home in Colorado Springs and the benefits of working with Goetzmann Custom Homes. Let’s start with Goetzmann Custom Homes in the news.
Goetzmann Custom Homes has been featured in a recent issue of Flying Horse Magazine. The community of Flying Horse puts out a wonderful magazine every month and in issue number 21 the spotlight was on Goetzmann Custom Homes! We are honored to be known as “one of the Flying Horse community’s most treasured builders.” Thank you Flying Horse. It is a great article that articulates what makes Goetzmann Custom Homes stand out from the rest. The article discussed:
- Custom quality at a price that makes sense
- Limiting to a select number of projects a year
- Loyal customer base
- And more…
Have you ever bought a new home at a price you thought you could afford only to find out you’ve been sucker punched? You hear yourself say “but the model had granite countertops” and the seller for the builder responds “oh yes, but that is an upgrade”. You either walk out with a thinner bank account or you are back at square one; looking for a new home builder. It’s important to work with a builder that takes this into account before you receive your final pricing.
Goetzmann Custom Homes has an extensive list of standard features which includes:
- Granite kitchen countertops
- Oversized three car garages
- Solid alder wood raised two panel front doors
- 36” upper alder, oak, beech, or hickory raised panel kitchen cabinets with crown molding.
I’ve only listed four standard features, but the list goes on. You CAN get a beautiful home with standard features through Goetzmann Custom Homes.
Phil Goetzmann, the owner of Goetzmann Custom Homes, is on site for every home we build. He guarantees it! This is why he limits himself to build under 40 homes a year. He strives to complete every home on time, each detail is finished with extreme care and each homeowner is thrilled with their new home built by a true craftman; which now leads me directly into a loyal customer base.
Last month while I was showing our beautiful model, The Crestwood, a couple came in and told me they were ready to sell their fourth Goetzmann Custom Home and build their fifth Goetzmann Custom Home where they will retire. Their current home is a two story, and they want a ranch. I listened to this couple tell me how their ideas had always been incorporated into the building process and they would never consider another builder. I felt truly proud to be part of a professional team that holds the company name to a higher standard than the industry.
